Inclusion, Growth and Opportunity At ACCO Brands, we believe that great ideas come from bringing together people with different experiences, perspectives and ways of thinking. By fostering a workplace where everyone feels respected, supported and encouraged to contribute, we create an environment that helps both our people and our business succeed. Developing talent and building an inclusive culture go hand in hand. Through training, networking and opportunities to learn from one another, we aim to help employees at every stage of their career reach their full potential. In 2025, our annual Code of Conduct training encouraged employees to reflect on the importance of respect, inclusion and preventing harassment, reinforcing the role that every individual plays in creating a positive and supportive workplace. The ACCO Women Partnering for Success (AWPS) network continued to play an important role in supporting employee development globally. Sponsored by ACCO Brands President and Chief Executive Officer, Tom Tedford, the network provides education and training, mentoring, networking and philanthropic opportunities. As highlighted in the infographic, employees around the world participated in a range of activities during 2025. These included a fireside conversation with ACCO Brands’ Vice President Human Resources, EMEA and International, who shared personal experiences and practical advice on balancing work and family commitments and navigating challenging workplace situations. 2025 Year In Review we grow our TALENT to grow the BUSINESS At ACCO Brands, our people are the key to our success, driving innovative solutions and a customer focus.
